The character of the state

In 1876, Thomas Edison built something in Menlo Park that had never existed before: a factory whose only product was inventions. The light bulb, the phonograph, more than four hundred patents from a single laboratory: in New Jersey, the "Wizard of Menlo Park" invented not only light but systematic invention itself. Add the boardwalks of Atlantic City, whose street names became immortal on the Monopoly board, and a certain Bruce Springsteen, who wrote the state its sound.

New Jersey lives confidently between New York and Philadelphia: the neighbour of the big names, without their publication requirement. The register is open: your name appears in it.

Do you really need a New Jersey LLC?
