01Does my LLC have to change state?
No. We take over your company in its current state. A change of the state of formation (domestication) only comes into question when it genuinely makes sense; you can read how it works in the article on LLC domestication.
02What does the move cost?
The switch itself costs $0. You only pay your state's renewal price, which the price display in the form shows you straight away. Outstanding liabilities with the state, such as unpaid franchise tax, must be settled before the switch and are not included.
03What happens to my bank account?
Changing your registered agent or your firm does not automatically close your account. Banks may ask for updated address and company details; we provide you with the documents for that.
04What if my documents are incomplete?
No problem. We obtain missing copies from the Secretary of State and trace your EIN through the IRS records available to us. You send what you have, and we take care of the rest.
