The character of the state

In St. Louis, a 192-metre steel arch spans the Mississippi: the Gateway to the West, a monument to everyone who set out from here into the open spaces. A few river miles to the north, in Hannibal, a boy named Samuel Clemens grew up and, as Mark Twain, gave the river its literature. Missouri is departure and groundedness in a single state.

Its nickname explains the rest: the "Show-Me State", the state nobody can fool. Its company law reflects exactly that sobriety: no annual reports, no register entry with your name. Nobody has to show anything here.

Do you really need a Missouri LLC?
