The character of the state

In the night leading into 14 September 1814, the British fleet bombarded Fort McHenry outside Baltimore, and a young lawyer named Francis Scott Key saw at dawn that the flag was still flying: "Oh say, can you see", the American national anthem, was written in Maryland. Add the Chesapeake Bay with its famous crabs, the Naval Academy in Annapolis, and Baltimore with its rough harbour soul.

Do you really need a Maryland LLC?

There are two things an address cannot replace, though, and they belong to the full picture. First: your contracts and invoices show the company's state of formation.
