Are you planning to live in the US one day? Then, as you know, you need a US visa or a green card. The question is whether it helps to use your zero-tax LLC as the sponsor, or whether you are better off forming a separate US company.
Form your zero-tax LLC nowLet us cut to the chase: the whole premise of a zero-tax LLC is that you avoid a US permanent establishment in every case. A US visa or green card, on the other hand, requires you to set up a permanent establishment in the US, create jobs there and become fully taxable there yourself.
So there is no point in applying for a US visa or green card through a zero-tax LLC, or in trying your luck with the green card lottery.
Our suggestion: form a zero-tax LLC first, and build your business and your wealth. Enjoy tax freedom.
As soon as you want to move to the US, form a C-Corporation. You can then, for example, transfer the LLC's customers to the C-Corporation. The corporation effectively takes over the LLC's business.
You then close the LLC and apply for a visa for permanent residence (the green card) through the C-Corporation. That way you get your green card at a time when it actually suits you.
